Bootleg Pot Platinum has been deleted, meaning that it is no longer in the game.
"It's said that this was TheGuestToBlame's stand before achieving greatness through the Pot Diary." - The Pot Chronicles

Reason For Deletion[]

Bootleg Pot Platinum was deleted due to being based on the stand Pot Platinum, as the developers of Stands Awakening wanted to separate the game from back when it was A Bizarre Day Modded.

Overview[]

Bootleg Pot Platinum was a stand which is similar to True Pot Platinum in the fact of it's design and attacks. It's appearance is a Pot Platinum without the details in the chest area, with a laughing crying emoji replacing it's blue slits for eyes, it also wears a pot, hence the name: Bootleg Pot Platinum, It's pretty much just a nerfed True Pot Platinum, however, it is still very powerful. It's value wasn't that high in trading but it was a wonderful stand for 1v1's. Bootleg Pot Platinum was originally obtained by clicking on Bob with a Pot in your inventory. Though, this stand was removed in the jump to Stands Awakening.

Moves[]

[PASSIVE A] - Stamina - Roll (C) and Stand Jump (Z) have significantly lower cool-downs.

[PASSIVE B] - Pot Kind: Due to being one of the Pot Platinum's, it has the ability to move and attack in Time Stop, the only Time Stop that can't bypass this passive is Cosmic Luigi.

E - Pot Barrage - Bootleg Pot Platinum performs an extremely fast barrage dealing very high damage over time. This can be held infinitely and does 5 damage per hit. 3 seconds cooldown. This has an over heaven barrage effect while used.

R - Triple Combo - Bootleg Pot Platinum goes in front of you and does three punches that ragdoll the enemy. Deals 10 damage per punch but is a very good combo extender. 4 seconds cooldown.

T - "Bootleg Vanish" - Bootleg Pot Platinum goes in front of you and charges an extremely slow but also very heavy punch that on contact deals a staggering 80 damage and also flings the opponent far enough so that they will have trouble getting back to you. Cooldown is dependent on how many times you use it, first time has a 12 seconds cooldown after the 2nd time it is 30 seconds.

Y - "Bootleg Healing" - Bootleg Pot Platinum goes in front of the player and begins to punch the player rapidly, each individual punch healing 1 health. Can heal up to 80% of the user's health per healing barrage. 12 seconds cooldown.

F - "Bootleg Time Erase" - Similar to King Crimson's: AU Time Erase, Bootleg Pot Platinum enters a state of which nobody can see or hit him, some attacks are still available to use during this move, such as R, moves can be used before the Time Erase to carry them into it however. Bootleg Pot Platinum also leaves a blue outline of where he erased time, and the emoji face stays wherever BPP moves, this can be used to your advantage when fighting him (this is a bug). Also can cancel others TE.

H - "Bootleg Counter" - You hold out the legendary Pot Diary, hold a glass of water and turn around looking menacingly at the diary, if someone attacks you while you are in this pose, you will stop posing, teleport behind the player who hit you, and attack them back, dealing incredible damage.(It doesnt work as intended it just teleports you behind your attacker.)

Z - "Bootleg Propulsion" - BPP jumps into the air, while you won't gain much distance or height, this can be spammed, use it to your advantage. 3 seconds cooldown.

B - "Bootleg Kick" - Bootleg Pot Platinum takes his leg and sends it upwards, anyone unlucky enough to be in front will take 25 damage, be flung up, and ragdolled, unless the person was also blocking. 4 seconds cooldown.

Pros and Cons[]

Pros[]

  • Godly Damage Output.
  • One of the best healing moves in the entire game, as it is pretty fast.
  • Very Good Mobility.
  • Good Combo Potential.
  • Passive A reduces the cooldown of rolling and stand jumping.
  • Has a counter, which traps your enemies in place.
  • Infinite Barrage, no limit, it never ends until you end it.
  • Can move in Timestop with no limit.
  • Can bypass every counter in the game, such as Return to Zero and Love Train, as Bootleg Pot Platinum is an over heaven stand.

Cons[]

  • Durability is not the greatest. A glass-cannon, to say the least.
  • Mediocre Block, only blocks 50% of damage.
  • Limited moveset.
  • Struggles against stronger and faster stands, such as Dio's The World, Dio's The World (OVA), and Sonic/Sonic.exe.
  • Combos can be easily escapable by other players.
  • Heal can be canceled by any move that ragdolls.
  • When activating Bootleg Time Erase, Bootleg Pot Platinum's crying emoji face is visible, which makes it a easy escape and easy advantage for your opponents.
  • Bootleg Time Erase can be canceled by Gold Experience Requiem's Return to Zero move just like King Crimson variants.
  • Can't stand jump very high, which makes it hard to reach opponents who stand jump on buildings or trees.
  • No ranged moves, range is short and limited.
  • Players can jump, teleport, or stand jump away when they are affected by Bootleg Counter(H).
  • Your counter can be bypassed by Over Heavens and GERs, the same also goes for special moves. Such as Ground Slam and Acid Strike.

Trivia[]

  • Bootleg Pot Platinum is the only Pot Platinum a regular player can obtain besides 1M Pot Platinum.
  • The pot that BPP, TPP and 1MPP are all references to the classic Pot Platinum from A Bizarre Day, as the owner of that game, TheGuestToBlame, always is depicted as wearing a pot.
  • Bootleg Pot Platinum's face is the Crying Laughing Emoji commonly used while texting.
  • Bootleg Pot Platinum is, as the name says, a bootleg.
  • Bootleg Pot Platinum's move sets are the same as all other Pot Platinum's, just nerfed or buffed.
  • The banish that BPP has doesn't actually banish like Pot Platinum or True Pot Platinum do, it just knocks back people a lot and deals a lot of damage, unlike TPP and Pot Platinum where it deletes the player forcing them to rejoin.
